The ongoing scandal of child sex abuse in the United Kingdom has continually taken twists and turns. It has now been discovered that the abuse has been going on for “decades,” and the cops knew about their elected officials raping children. They did nothing.
the term “Elite Deviance.”
Typically the term is used to cover crimes other than sex crimes, but the fact is that the same feeling of entitlement among the wealthy that leads them to believe they can price-fix, engage in bribery, and even start wars for personal gain is the same feeling of entitlement that leads to their belief that normal sexual taboos do not apply to them.
The police reinforce this idea that the elites are “untouchable” by failing to arrest and prosecute them. The DuPont heir didn’t even go to prison for raping a toddler.
The British storyline, still being pieced together begins in November of 1983 when a Conservative Member of Parliament (MP), Geoffrey Dickens, created a 40-page dossier containing all of the details of a massive pedophile ring operating in London. The file was sent to Home Secretary Leon Brittan, who told Dickens the file was handed over to the police. Nothing happened for almost 30 years, during which time the sex ring was apparently still operating.
In September of 2012, the BBC’s Jimmy Savile is the subject of sex crime accusations involving prepubescent girls and boys.
In October of 2012, Labor MP Tom Watson breaks the code of silence and claims that there is “clear intelligence suggesting a powerful paedophile network linked to Parliament and No 10. [Number 10 is a reference to the Prime Minister’s street address]”
The following month, the Crown Prosecution Service reveals they were informed about the ring and one MP in particular on at least three other occasions. The first time was in 1970, followed by two accusations during the 1990s. They did not follow up on any of those reports.
In 2013, Scotland Yard begins investigating the Elm Guest House. The Elm Guest House was the site of scores of alleged abuses by many different MPs during the 1970s and the 1980s. In July of 2013, it is admitted the Dickens dossier from 1983 is missing. Lord Brittan repeatedly changes his story about what happened to the document.
During the current investigation, a pair of Special Branch detectives told police that they had been aware of the sex ring decades ago, but were unable to proceed. The MPs were “untouchable.”
Some are calling these two detectives whistleblowers and congratulating their courage. The British government is acting as if the sex scandal is somehow a surprise. The reality is that the government knew all along, but the people involved chose to protect their fellow elites from prosecution.
Understand that during the time frame in question, MI5 spied on Members of Parliament to make sure they weren’t evil communists. GCHQ did the same, as did the CIA. All of the information was available to the highest levels of the British government. The Elm Guest House was reportedly frequented by large numbers of MPs. If a substantial number of high-ranking officials frequented the same establishment, the intelligence community knew. They also would have investigated the establishment to make sure it wasn’t a front for Soviet intelligence. British and American intelligence would have been fully aware of the establishment’s purpose and the age of the boys and girls made available there.
The government is also hoping to make its citizens believe that this sex scandal ended when Dickens drafted his dossier in 1983. Why would it have? Those abusing children with the blessing of the British government were never prosecuted. At best, they had to change the location of their trysts. It’s also likely the ring actually grew. About 40 MPs and peers have been implicated in the conspiracy.
The two detectives who recently came forward aren’t whistleblowers. They’re cowards. They waited 30 years before disclosing what they knew. That’s 30 additional years of sex abuse, shattered lives, and depravity. Even if the detectives received pressure from higher ups in the government, they could have gone to the press. They didn’t; they kept the secret so they could keep their jobs. The pay of the cops would have been somewhere between £27,000 and £55,000 in today’s dollars. That is how little it takes to buy the silence of those who are aware of children being raped.
There have still been no arrests.
